Refund Policy

Asking for a Refund

Refunds will only be considered if:

  • the course has not been accessed in any way at the time the refund is requested, as long as the request is prior to the course start, or
  • we cancel the class for any reason, or
  • we are notified prior to the course start time that you are cancelling and unable to take it at another time.

Any such requests must be made in writing to the company email (training@dominionfilms.com) and provide an explanation as to the reason for requesting a refund.

Any refunds requested after the course starts will be issued minus a cancellation fee of $25 as long as the course has not been accessed or attended.

If a refund request is made after the course starts and it has not been accessed, you have the option to request a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee, or to request that the full amount paid be issued as a credit towards a future, or another, class that we offer.  In this case, the credit must be used within six months or be forfeited.  

Course registrations are nontransferable.

NOTE: All approved refunds, will be returned electronically to the original form of payment in the name of the person who made the payment. Please allow 3-7 days for your refund to post, depending upon the processing schedule of your bank or financial institution.
